Rohan Online Open Beta March 24!
Rohan Online, one of the most anticipated MMORPG’s for 2009, is gearing up for it’s Open Beta tomorrow, March 24, 2009! Be part of online gaming industry and be one of the first Filipinos to join the Rohan Online community! When Rohan goes OBT, there will be two servers open (Torian and Silva). Make sure to discuss with your friends and guildmates on where you plan on going so you’ll all be together when you start playing Rohan. Another feature that will go live during OBT is the item mall. You’ll be able to purchase items already that will give you buffs and bonuses using your My Level Up Credits! Official announcement and other details after the jump!
ROHAN: Rohan Open Beta launch
Greetings Warriors of Rohan!
The wait is over! Rohan Philippines’ Open Beta Testing (OBT) phase will officially begin on Tuesday, March 24, 2009.
Rohan Philippines’ OBT phase will still have two servers: Torian and Silva. Once OBT is launched, players can either register for a new Rohan account (Available on March 24, 2009) or use their existing accounts from the CBT phase (CBT scratch cards, online registration, mobile). Your Rohan accounts may be linked to your MyLevel Up! Accounts in order for you to use the account service such as, account linking, change/forget passwords, and as well as the top-up service (Also in March 24, 2009).
The OBT phase will also include the much awaited Item Mall feature of Rohan, for any questions about using the item mall, you may use the Item Mall Guide as your reference. Players may now avail of this service by topping up their accounts to acquire Rohan points (RP).
Rohan points conversion will be 1 Peso = 10 RP (Rohan Points)
Please note also, that OBT will no longer have server wipe-outs. Characters created in OBT will continue on until Rohan’s commercial launch which will be announced on a separate date. Shadow Circle in Rohan
This is in response to a thread posted at the official Rohan Forums. A poster by the name of ElishaAdrianaEmmerich said that they are re-forming the Shadow Circle in Rohan. As most of you know, Shadow Circle is the guild that I used to head way back when I was still a player and active in Philippine Ragnarok Online. Several members of the old Shadow Circle have already started PM’ing me via YM asking if this was true. Let me just set the record straight before this becomes an issue and people start blaming Level Up for weird stuff. As much as I would love to lead a guild again in a local MMORPG, it really is not possible anymore. It would be a conflict of interest and it would just raise unfounded accusations left and right. I can’t stop anyone from forming a Shadow Circle guild in any game - and I also can’t stop anyone from creating a character named Waukeen, Wauks, or even Waukster. So to anyone else who’ll ask if the Waukster inside Rohan CBT is really me, let me quote one of the famous songs a few years back - “It wasn’t me.”

Ragnarok & Rohan Online Top MMOSITE Readers Choice Award 2008
I’m very happy to let everyone know that two of the games being published by Level Up here in the Philippines received awards from the leading MMORPG website in Asia - MMOSITE dot Com. Ragnarok Online was voted as one of the top Favorite Pay-to-play (Subscription) Games. Rohan Online, on the other hand, was voted as one of the top Free-to-play games and it was also honored as one of the best new games for 2008.
I find it amazing that a 5-year old game is still kicking ass in terms of awards. Ragnarok Online has been in the market for so long now and it still has a solid base of fans. I remember seeing how big of a deal the recent Ragnarok World Championships was which we held at Level Up Live last year.
I’m sure everyone here is excited for our new MMORPG - Rohan Online. It’s due to hit CBT in just a few days and I’m sure that the servers will be flooded since a lot of Pinoy gamers are looking for a new MMORPG to play. Rohan Online appeals to majority of the local gamers here because it focuses a lot on competition and action.

Rohan Online Philippines CBT on February 26!
The Rohan Online team finally announced today when the CBT will start during their slot in the Level Up Live Blog Valentines Show. Rohan CBT will open their gates on February 26, 2009 and you can already get a CBT account by pre-registering at the Rohan website. The team also announced various ways on how you can get CD installers. More after the jump!

Rohan Online Philippines Closed Beta Testing this February!
The new splash page is up on the Level Up website and I’m sure it got everyone excited. Rohan Online Philippines Closed Beta Testing will begin this month. Yes - February 2009! There are no exact dates yet but I’m sure the team will make an announcement when it’s the right time. To those who have been waiting for the next big MMORPG, this is it.

Rohan Online PC Requirements

Rohan Online, the latest MMORPG that will be brought to the Philippines by Level Up, is now currently in internal testing. I don’t have definte dates yet on the Closed Beta schedule but I’m sure that it will be announced pretty soon. I’ve tried the game myself and it looks like this game will really take the country by storm. The graphics are good and the game play is really innovative and fun. PVP-fanatics will find this game to be one of the most hardcore fight-centered game eveeeer. Anyway, I have the PC requirements and I’d like to share with everyone today. Happy Halloween Everyone! Rawr!
Hi guys! I just wanted to greet everyone a happy halloween! Grabe, time really flies by so fast. In just a matter of days we’ll be closing 2008 and we’ll move on to 2009. But the year is not over yet! There’s still so many things that’s in store for the Level Up community for November and December. Let me try to give you guys a preview on what Level Up has in store for the last two months of 2008.
For Ragnarok alone we have the upcoming Server Merge which will bring about the “New Chaos”. The subscription servers of Baldur, Freya, and Tyr will be merged into one entity. I can’t imagine how much this will change the political landscape of the game! New alliances will be born, and I’m sure thousands of Ragnarok players will be coming back to test the game again because of the new community. I’m very excited for this project and this was one of the last things I discussed with a few guild leaders several months ago. I’m happy that it’s finally going to push through.
We also announced new games in Level Up Live 2008 - I’m pretty sure that we’ll be starting testing for those games soon. We have new games for everyone! Hello Kitty, Emil Chronicle, and Rohan Online will attract casual gamers, hardcore gamers, and non-gamers alike. Among the titles though I’m very excited with Hello Kitty because that means we will see more girls come Level Up Live 2009.
Of course the biggest news for November will be the Open Beta of Grand Chase! The newest fighting game of Level Up will definitely be a huge hit in the Philippines. It’s fast paced, action-packed, and very easy to learn. Don’t forget that it’s also Free-to-play. But more than anything, I’m very excited with working with the developers of Grand Chase, KOG Studios. They have a very good reputation on working really fast on bugs, hacks, and cheats.
For Crazy Kart - we’ll be having major patch updates in the coming weeks which will give you guys new maps, karts, and a bunch of items. If you thought that the pinoy jeep, owner, and FX were the only Pinoy things you’ll see in CK, you’re in for a huge surprise!
